Solaé & Co. offers complimentary shipping with DHL and will require a signature upon delivery.
We also offer an in-person drop-off for order within the Sydney metro area. Please contact us at hello@solaeandco.com.au to see if your area is within in-person delivery and to schedule a drop-off.
INTERNATIONAL
We happily ship to other countries! Please note that Solaé & Co. is not responsible for import duties and taxes which vary by country and they are the responsibility of the customer. International orders are shipped fully insured, requiring signature on delivery.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Solaé & Co., we want our customer to be satisfied with the heirloom piece that you choose. We unfortunately do not offer refund as all jewellery pieces are made to order and handcrafted to the highest standards with the intention to be cherished by you and the next generations for years to come.
