WARRANTY
We offer a six-month warranty for Australian orders only, which covers all manufacturing faults. This does not include wear or tear which includes broken chains, chipped stones and losing stones. We are more than happy to repair your Solaé & Co. pieces at a cost should you like to proceed. Please email hello@solaeandco.com.au with clear photos for a quote.
ENGAGEMENT RING RESIZING
At Solaé & Co., we would be happily send you a complimentary rings sizer if you are unsure about your partner's ring size. We also offer a complimentary one-time resizing service for your Solaé & Co. engagement ring within 4 months of purchase date depending on the type of band, as some of the style are unable to resize due to its nature. Please message us at hello@solaeandco.com.au to speak to our jeweller.
PAYMENT PLANS
We believe that luxury should be attainable and we want you to enjoy your Solaé & Co. pieces without sacrificing what's most important in your life. We offer a two-time payment plan for our engagement rings and signature pieces. A 70% deposit is required to start the production of your piece and the final 30% due upon completion.
